IMO, and if possible, they should go ahead and spin-off Wi-Fidelity from Wialan, and allocate the shares (including our dividends), which were set aside for Mr. Folger's venture. The parent could focus on the international front, while the subsidiary on the U.S., primarily. The latter appears to be happening anyway, once again, IMO:)
