no, it's not all good. The most likely scenario is the same outcome as the last 4 years -- NOTHING but a 0.0001 per share shell stock with no bid. The open-ended timeline makes no sense at all. Companies don't operate that way. There is no example in the history of corporations where a company purchased all the assets of another company, waited over 4 years, and then suddenly reverse merged into that company's shell. It's never happened before and in all likelihood never will.
