Being late last year didn't turn off many people. Nor did all the amended 10Q-K filings (and they were not trivial amendments).

I think most people expect this to be a bad quarterly report. I don't know about anyone else, but I expected the late filing. I'm guessing it will come out during the San Diego Comic Con, in the next few days.
