Hey Dear Friend. That is something which also pointed out in late 2010. It is paramount that HDI/NAK/LBSR/FMM/PLP and all mineral commerce in Alaska pay close attention and support NAK in this endeavor against the aggregous acts of the EPA at the Pebble Project. As stated the ideal is good but their is no basis of fact to support the EPA, well save for Robert Redford of course. I really think that NAK will win in time and thru Court battles. Beyond that i think restitution is highly in order to the injured party by the damages inflicted through the falsification by the EPA.
