They are operating. This is a legit service company that brings in revenues. I have my daughters cord blood stored at their facility and get updates each month. I have many friends who are having children right now and john muir hospital provide their info to new parents.

Great service indeed! Highly recommend it to new parents. Loaded 15g worth and when this skyrockets in future to .10. Easily pay for my daughters college fund
