That's essentially what happened here - call a guy in Mendocino, come up with a story about how QEDN could be legitimate, and what they might be up to, a complete fabrication, then spread it around that because they could be, they must be. All made up, and those many parcels that QEDN supposedly divided their 300 acres into, with 50 foot buffers around all of 'em, 25 plants each....
DO NOT EXIST.
So the fantasy falls completely apart, just like the moon launch story is going to when everyone figures out that I just made it all up because my QEDN portfolio is under water.
PS - Shortly (6/10, see sticky above) after the "Mendocino Tax Assessor Says QEDN Could Divide Land into Parcels" story broke, QEDN issued a PR stating that they had a special exemption, not knowing that the exemption they claimed had been eliminated in February 2012.
That article also mentioned the 25 plant limit. Which they were going to get around using a non-existing exemption.
This is a scam.
And those, my friend, are the facts.
