I asked Eric 3 questions about the so called 'gesture to the longs and he responded as follows. His responses were in written in green, but that will not show up here:

I would appreciate an answer to these three questions, whatever those answer may be:

1. When do you think you may know about the 'gesture' for the long? -- Soon, weeks, months, no idea...

It will crystalize during preparations for the S-1 filing, because it will probably involve the issuance of a new class of security or instrument. We will be writing the S-1 application over the next few months.

2. Ballpark figure of financial impact of gesture? 5% , 15%, 25%, 50% of original investment...

Not possible to determine yet. This depends upon the nature of the instrument that is chosen.


3. Are you confident that such a 'gesture' is even possible/legal? Absolutely, probable, possible, unlikely....

Legal – absolutely.

This was written well over a year ago and so far nothing.

As far as 'verification,' I have many notes I took from numerous phone calls Eric has made to me over the past couple of years.
