I couldn't agree with you more. You and I know that if a 'decision' has been reached Re: Verizon and ECDC /Student Connect, paying one another, either in cash or services, that that 'decision' is documented somewhere, (all that I am saying here is IMO.)
Check out the most recent SEC filing. If its not there, maybe it will show up in the next filing, after upcoming funds or services have actually been exchanged or received. I believe we will get quite an eyefull this fall, with the new school year and all. We will see proof of UPCOMING revenues in the future. And PAST revenues are in the recent posts of #76197,76220,76221

Have you heard if Verizon may be purchasing S.C.??? It is premature to say I think Verizon is paying ECDC for Student Connect. If you are turning to me for the "shred of evidence", I cannot offer any evidence one way or another. But it is a valid question, IMO, (tho I am only a share holder and am not an advisor). Has a decision even been reached for certain , on that?
I understand that if I give any interpretation of the SEC filings, or any surmising of what will be filed on the future, that it could be misleading. You are correct when you say this answer is "very simple". I also see your questions as yes or no types.
