I just got off the phone with Bruce Horton at Pulse (nice guy). The CW testing at Walmart locally in Colorado still ongoing but should conclude 'shortly'. For obvious reasons there is no way to further pin down what 'shortly' means. He said CW is going very well and in Mexico as well.

Roll-out of the functional beverages will be later in August and will be called Heart & Body Health or something along those lines. He said 1 bottle will be equivalent to eating 2 bowls of oatmeal. That is really good on multiple levels. Not sure what the flavor profiles will be as I forgot to ask...

It sounds to me like CW is doing very well resulting in a slight push-back of the functional release. The potential for a Walmart deal seams to be getting closer. The more penetration they get with lemonades and CW the easier it will be to roll out the functional beverage.

I didn't discuss a line of credit with Bruce but they are confident that Walmart will want to sell the CW. What ever Walmart sells they buy in bulk so I am sure they are working to secure a line of credit. Any line of credit will be fully secured and likely include a lock box for cash receipts and would be revolving in nature (cash goes into the lock box to pay down the loan then the company re-borrows under the line to fund more CW production). Such line would also have to include credit insurance to insure the CW while being transported via ship up until title changes hands at the dock when it would go into retailer's or 3rd party trucks for delivery and a bill of lading is created.
