What is wrong with this picture?

85,000 shares converted and 125,000 shares converted, both during the same quarter?

or did AVTC fail to name the correct quarter for one of the conversions?

Adding to the confusion, the AVTC Consolidated Statement of Shareholders' Equity included in the same link above shows that there were no conversions during the quarter ended Sept 30, 2013, but that, instead, AVTC issued 40,000 preferred shares during the quarter.
