My honest opinion: before the 15th of August he will issue as many empty pr's as needed to make this thing going again. If he doesn't and sales are weak It's game over. He won't let this happen as i think he knows some investors from his past. And If he feels a bit unsure about issuing empty pr's he can Always count on his friends At trtc. They know How It's done. A few weeks patience. We're gonna Be good
