IMO they need a couple BOD members that both Wall Street and the Biotech world TRUST. The question I have is if there are even two Medical/financial people with enough clout who would even join our BOD.

The problem pphm has is that they have done too many things in the past (not saying now) that have been very suspicious (Dios, Stason?). Whatever shows up on the positive side (phIII, etc) will be viewed more positively with a couple outside BOD members

I think the time to have added was before the start of their Phase III (once they knew they weren't going to partner for NSCLC). Having started the trial though and having the funds, I would say it is best to wait until the results from the NSCLC trial are out and then add based on whatever strategy they want to pursue going forward. Short-term I think best for status-quo, JMO
