No one is going to acquire edig, as we've seen now several times despite rumors and innuendo about a buyout over the years. They don't want to and they don't have to.

The company has not demonstrated that it has anything of real value and anyone being sued is able to settle for small amounts, so why buy the company and have the headache of getting rid of the CDO (Chief Dirtbiking Officer).
