My opinion is it is about "eyes on" the company and telling the story appropriately.

If you step back and look at it .... one could make an easy case for this being a very nice "turn around" story. A company in complete and utter shambles gets cleaned up and comes back with legitimate research and business activity.

Given the history .... what it was and what it has become is the story .... coupled with landing the collaboration with Zoetis (and apparently either Zoetis or another animal health company looking at canine).

Problem is ............ no one is hearing it.
