Shorts would love another VM-179, Mustang Island, Britlind, D-Bar, ADR, etc... That would guarantee further huge dilution and additional R/S's.
If WGAS continues to do the same thing (un-viable / non-revenue producing, no net profit properties) it'll get the same results (R/S plus runs to no bid).
Economics do matter, even in penny stocks.
As I said: change the dynamic, but do it properly: One large R/S coupled with the other changes (A/S reduction, and R/M or acquire a currently net profit producing oil & gas company). Then over time, debt can be serviced and paid down using a portion of the net income and the need to dilute disappears.
