Einstein said it best, 'definition of insanity is doing something over & over & expecting different results.' Well umm, Volk is not showing the market he wants different results.

The plan you've suggestion, he's just done so with ADR. He R/S in oct 2013 & then the PRs with ADR. Now he needs to make it work with ADR assets increase A/S if needed & make other acquisitions. Use that EOR technology. And he's every waking moment he should work to get this PPS up. Get the traders back trading. If he ain't up for the task, than look for suitable replacement that don't R/S every year.
