The company wouldn't dilute by selling 123k shares at .0081. They would have sold at a much higher price. That was a short or a bag holder. That's what caused the price to drop suddenly. This needs buying volume at the .0146 ask price to move up. It's thinner than ever. This could run to .02 from here easily.
