Your points are taken but as you point out about Viagra,sometimes that "RISE" lasts a lot longer than expected. Almost without exception,every company I've invested in where a PR was issued about the addition of well-heeled BOD members the stock price has risen,and stayed,at a well-appreciated percentage. Guarantee? NO. Again I point out that it seems to me it either is NOW or it won't be in regards to additions. JMO. GL carpe diem PR
