If a real company is acquired its going to result in dilution, so the 2.5B O/S today is going to be a percentage of what it'll be post acquisition.

A large R/S is necessary if its part of a complete overhaul of business practices (conservative profitable plays vs failed moonshots). Everyone should think this through unemotionally in order that WGAS can succeed going forward instead of being a pump & dump.
