SLGD - New distribution agreement - from the 8-K issued today:

"Under the New Distribution Agreement, the Company will no longer sell Batiste Dry Shampoo to food, drug and mass retailers in the United States."

Not good news for SLGD.

I have seen lots of $1 stocks with strong earnings and solid balance sheets triple, quadruple and more, but I have yet to see one go below zero.
