I don't agree with your statement of insiders accumulating. I know I bought a 250K block at .0084 this morning and I am pretty sure the other blocks of .0083 and .0084 are from another trader I know, he even posted on another board he bought shares today. So...who knows if this merger is going to happen this week but I would certainly hope by end of the month. In any case, I'm not seeing any signs of insider activity ahead of the completion, which I don't know if that is a good or bad thing.

My post is only my opinion, I recommend you always do your own DD! I am not a licensed broker or a professional by any means, so take what I say as entertainment value at best.
