Is it possible that CEPSA could leave us now that they've left Swala, maybe.
Is it more possible that CEPSA thinks our stuff is awesome and is willing to forgo another block to focus it's energies on this one? Absolutely.
Do NOT forget that Tullow and Swala are going forward in their block. So obviously they think that their block is very promising to be willing to spend that kind of money.
And yet CEPSA saying, "meh, I got me a better upgrade than this block" and thumbing its nose at Tullow and Swala (in my opinion).
The ONLY reason I would see CEPSA leaving is if the Kenyan govt decided to give them a hard time again, and they just said, "meh, it's not worth it" let's go to another country.
And by the way, I do believe that the CEPSA team in Kenya is CEPSA Kenya, so any decision made there is likely based on Kenyan assets as opposed to being influenced by other assets around the world.
Again, I ask anyone, if you have a devil's advocate position please present it.
But $50,000 of volume, means nothing.
