PR still 'fluff' but you MUST ingest...selling the CEO IS worthy news. His expertise will make or break PVEC. For my 2 cents, he has what it takes for long-term staying power. Funding WILL become available simply based on his previous associations and experience.

The business plan is NOT a dream only. It has merit. It remains very feasible. Obtainable if the cards fall in favor as they may.
