Pop, according to prior posts, you said he didn't even need to file a 13D but he did. Then when his investment dropped below 20% he could have filed a 13G amendment but didn't. Then the final filing requirment was never met.

The video was very telling. Like I said...I wish I would have posted it here. It went on for over an hour. When the moderator pointed behind him at the boxes on the wall he made reference that SS had made numerous investments over the past months and SS agreed and said he would be revealing how those fit into NantHealth in October. That was last October. Then the mod asked him for an example and SS said...I'm not here to release any breaking news...(I am paraphrasing) but his words meant that he didn't want to say anything about any of his investments until it was revealed in October. His example was a hospital that saw the value in what he was doing. Then he took questions from the audience.
