Google's appeal brief -- a big anticipation for one issue.

I'm pretty much decided on how the CAFC will rule on on all issues except for laches. For me, the big anticpation is to see how will Google reponse to the recent SCOTUS decision on Alice. I've read Vringo's repsonse to Alice to support its reasoning for laches reversal, and am looking forward to Google's repsonse to SCOUTS' Alice & and its counter response to Vringo's response regarding Alice. A laches reversal would be a huge win for Vringo.

Let's see how Google response/counter response to Alice in supporting JJ's decision on laches (IMO, if Google's brief ignores the recent SCOTUS' Alice decison, then I interpret it as a positive sign for Vringo).
