Why didn't UTRM reverse split late last year when the stock was 0001x0002 prior to Chris S. taking over as CEO?????? It had the same A/S, AND the primary shareholder had NOT had 3.0 out of his 3.2B shares retired at that time. I'm confused as to why the company would do this NOW. With revenue on the horizon, as well as a CEO who seems methodical in his approach to making this the Marijuana portal for all who seek info on this burgeoning era, it doesn't seem necessary at all.
