Sam......we may certainly get all that, but this is a step-by-step re-building process first.
Let's get the house started and go from there.

That's where due diligence comes into play.....and why I continue to keep my eyes on the QL Resources, Sawipac's, SCA Tissues, JCL Engineering's, and others of the world.
