Some people has no brain in their head but full of mucus. The CEO is already ashamed of what he said in the previous years and months. He will never offcially declare that this so called company is out of business, instead he systematicaly will let the share holder despair frastrate and fade up until evintuall stop saying some thing about it. That is what we see it now . It is very sad
