I'm going off my dealings with Pickett and his statements over the years. Based on energy demands and the movement of renewable sector in general I think demand is tremendous. What is happening is apprehension to pursue this venture.

I'm nearly quoting Pickett 1st conference call states after first project is proven, built and selling power to the grid ppl will be beating the door down for power. Also inquiries are so high for this company he's having a hard time keeping up. Don't let demand obscure risk... I'm definitely cognizant that.

Demand is high though
