'doglover1' in all the years I've Dabbled in the pinks, I've yet to see an 'RS' done by a pinksheet to amount to anything more than just moving the decimal point above the floor, making room to fall back down to it!

Each time it happens, whatever market value an RS-Surviving shareholders has,(wink), becomes fractionalized relatively lower in value.





Maybe the RS concept(s) works on the Board Trading or the Up-Listed Stocks, but down here in the pink underworld where anything goes without recourse, it only transfers monies from shareholders to insiders and seldom ever seen again..


The only antidote to this madness are the owners of these pinksheet companies and whether or not (usually not) the SEC/FIRNA/DOC/etc. puts a stop to it!

But since they're all run by "humans", I wouldn't be at all surprised if there were accomplices among them in support of these pink rip-offs.

Why else would they take so long to crack down on them?
