The problem is your chart doesn't hold any water, since then the A/S has more than doubled, as will the O/S. Price history only matters if the fundamentals stay the same, and they have not.

Also, the old chart was pricing in "supposed" revenues that never materialized; unless the 2cnd Q shows significant revenue over $10 million, this stock will implode and another round of massive dilution or R/S will occur.
