Sounds like that could mean an out-of-court settlement? The sum mentioned in the PRs is staggering, not that MC/VISA wouldn't have a lot of cash. I could perhaps see, rather than a lump sum, some sort of payment system-monthly maybe-whereby royalties, both present and back, are paid on a continual basis. If the sort of cash comes in that SMME is suing for, the PPS valuation would be...well, let's just say up a few ticks.
