I hope Bob does have a plan. I believe he is very new to the CEO role and it shows. I think he needs advice from a BOD, needs some training and/or should focus on his forte (finance/accounting) and get a CEO to run business. Not sure it's gonna happen so again, I hope he at least thinks about the timing of what he does and has more restrictive T&Cs for and stock, notes etc he may playing with
