I'd like to think you're kidding but I know you aren't.. let me clear the air.

The article - which is dated May 29th - says roughly 3 months.

That means end of August which is pretty well-aligned with the Form 10 and quiet period.

I believe things are going to go from near-silence to painfully loud. Emphasis on pain for shorts and sideliners.
