?The Company announced a milestone securing DTC eligibility by The Depository Trust Company (DTC). The DTC is a subsidiary of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), and manages the electronic clearing and settlement of publicly traded companies. Securities that are eligible to be electronically cleared and settled through the DTC are considered "DTC eligible." This electronic method of clearing securities speeds up the receipt of stock and cash, and thus accelerates the settlement process for investors and brokers.
?The Company announced the release of the O2 VOIP app that is now available for download from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Downloads of the O2 VOIP app continues to increase monthly providing the company with an additional revenue stream. Downloads are being tracked worldwide with a large increase recently from the Asia markets. Mobile VoIP subscribers will near 410 million by 2015.
?The Company announced the new "OTOW Network" site will be designed, monitored, and managed by a content merchandising staff to showcase in-demand artists, albums, and tracks of the moment and also the hidden gems and up-and-coming artists.
