I wouldn't just assume they went out of business. Many penny stocks go silent for months then all of a sudden come out with news. It is slow in all of penny land right now. As you see today, there is still demand for this stock at the right price and the chart shows a reversal with not much resistance. I've already flipped this stock and made money, but I want more and can see how thin it's trading. You can try to short it but there are investors waiting in the wings here to buy at the right price. The bag holders are looking to average down, investors who are new to this are looking at that .47 cent 52 week high, and people watching this see how thin it is. If someone just decides to throw $5-$10k down on this, watch out!!
