If PTQ goes belly up and we don't receive payment from FQ, does that mean we still have the land that was gifted by Fifer?

Large sh's should be up in arms about all this but has anyone heard a peep from them lately? Makes you wonder if any are left or have they sold their shares and are now drinking margaritas on the beach somewhere.
