I suspect it is very close to being done. In fact, done, done, done already. But having been completed, the report goes to someone/function at the Dept. of Homeland Security, which then issues a letter saying yea or nay, as I understand it. I'd be shocked (and broke) if the response wasn't yea (yeah!!)but it is another step in a slow but thorough process. My understanding is that once the DHS issues a yea letter, IMSC goes directly on the QPL and is then eligible for the ID/IQ (orders). We know -- because you dug it out of the TSA's roadmap -- that the TSA plans an initial order by the end of September of 500+ ETDs, followed by 2000+ next fiscal year. Given the order planned for September, IMSC would have to be qualified and on the QPL by sometime in August. Meaning, at worst we're 40 days away from qualification, at best probably 10 days. On a related subject, it looks like the investor who wanted to buy 30,000 shares at $1.14 got his wish, though at a bit higher price. Clearly the shorts are scared and out of the game and the longs are hanging on to their shares with dear life.
