The thing is, it applies to all Chinese companies listed in the US. This is something that has to be worked out between the PCAOB/SEC and the Chinese government.
The important thing is that HERB discloses the risk, informs their shareholderes/investors so they are aware of the potential risk, whatever that may be. Personally, I don't care much because if the company or the auditor wants to screw you, then they can, IMO, whether there is proper oversight from PCAOB or not. But each to their own I guess.
