depends on your definition of "operateing"
They are in debt, have a pitiful PPS, have more dreams and schemes than a psychopath, have billions of shares outstanding, have not realized any of their "plans, MOUs, or agreements", never file on time, and have no appreciable profits.
That's not my definition of "operateing", but hey, I'd just like them to do 10% of what they say they will do. . . if they did, the PPS would take off to the moon.
But UBRG don't roll like that.
