You might find this interesting - and why I don't think ARNH will go bellyup - at least not short term.

A.On May 7, 2013 ARNH acquired "We Three LLC" valued at $450,000. Here is the link:

B. On May 19, 2014 "We Three LLC" was apparently sold to CDIF - CDIF valued "We Three LLC" at $1 million - here is the link.

C. CDIF issued stock to ARNH for this acqusition. CDIF issued approximately 400,000 shares of CDIF Preferred Class “F” Shares as consideration for the Acquisition. Based on the price of $2.50 per Preferred “F” Class of stock the acquisition consideration represents a $1,000,000 evaluation. Here is the link

Here is what I find interesting:

1) From what I can find, or can't find,ARNH has apparently yet to inform shareholders of this transaction - all of this info comes from the acquiring party - has anyone here seen any announcement or filing by ARNH.

2) The President of the acquiring party (CDIF) is the former President of ARNH -

3) Edgar reports that a Jason Levy has/had ties with CDIF. Is this the same Jason Levy currently running ARNH???
