Why this stock with all the great news coming out of the company is not selling at 10 to 15 cents a share is the big question? IMO some day many penny stock investors are going to look back and say to them self why did I not buy when it was cheap others will say why did I sell at such a low price when all the news was good from the company. There are winners and losers on Wall Street and in the penny stock market IMO Capstone is a winner and the investors in Capstone are winners because they see a fast growing company with dynamite management that are going to take this company to top in the power failure market internationally.
