2.4×1018 bits (300 petabytes) – storage space at Facebook data warehouse as of April 2014, growing at a rate of 0.6 PB/day (18 PB/month).[10]

which means FB alone needs almost 10,000 new HDDs per month just for "cold storage".....the future looks very bright for the storage sector....
