I do not know how true this story is, but it does look like this whole meter contract is getting really complicated. Not sure WM can handle all this by themselves. $ to hire the help for monitoring meters. They are running on a tight budget. Possibly redoing to bid. Not real good news. Lets hope all this extra stuff goes away. Seems like a ton of more hoops to jump through
