The Rice #15 well is producing oil. That is all I can say at this time as anything more would be insider information. As we stated, financial results would be reported in the quarterly statements.

The next SEC filings for the financial's are for the year end, May 31, 2014 which is a 10-K and is due by August 29, 2014 and with an extension as late as September 15, 2014.

The August 31, 2014 10-Q is due by October 15, 2014 and with an extension, October 20, 2014
The revenue from the Rice #15 well will be reported in the August 31, 2014 10-Q as production commenced in June 2014.
