I suppose when it comes to validity imo there isn't a more valid source than the CEO of SWET but if that's your opinion by all means. like I said it really doesn't make a huge difference 750 vs 1000 25 percent off. That number is subject to change I'd think as this this transitions construction to maint but imo that number more likely to drop than increase and here's why. The operation of the tower is pretty self sustaining there's no internal components in tower unlike lot other sources there isn't tremendous moving parts. Work be in maintaining spray system/turbines.

San Luis community unemployment rate is extremely high. I bet they are extremely supportive as this initiative will bring tons and tons of $$$ for them
