Like I said, the market determines the price, not the company. Once the shares start trading post-split they move to whatever the market will pay. In that scenario, 1 million shares becomes 1 share, and trades at whatever the market will pay. That's why most reverse splits result in shareholder loss. Sorry, but that's how it works.
