I have not received my AFFW shares, so can you tell me when the stock will vest? My understanding is that the IRS requires recipients to use the share prices on the vesting date as the basis for the shares. Another question: Did you receive the shares from the AFFW transfer agent or from FRTD or from the FRTD transfer agent? Issuing paper shares seem strange enough, but MRE strange is other than the PR and discussion on this board, there has been none of the normally expected communication by mail from the TAs. I am new to this restricted share business, but one would expect the shares to be delivered by AFFW or their TA so that they could keep their book straight. What am I missing?
