It is something that they cannot make go away - they are going to have to belly up and deal with series e preferred holders who put cash into buying these securities with clearly defined terms and conditions. They cannot unilaterally alter them. Frankly, if it does result in legal proceedings punitive damages could be assessed. I think they are smarter than this.
