OFFICIAL O/S update as of July 14th. With Shares Outstanding of 290,443,425.

Subtracting the new and old o/s 290,443,425-285,193,425=5,250,000
Warrants hit the market in 4 trading days.

Subtracting the warrants outstanding left remaining 17,032,200-5,250,000=11,782,200 left remaining as of July 14th.

From July 14-18th 46,549,027 shares traded on SL/SPRWF both sides. I believe we will have just a couple million at most left remaining after the next O/S update with the next cnsx filing that comes out.
